Le mete turistiche presenti sul colle, che la sera, alla luce tenue dei lampioni, proiettano le loro forme incantevoli, sono tutte a pochi passi l’ una dalle altre; per citarne solo alcune: la basilica di Santa Sabina del V sec., la chiesa di Sant’ Alessio risalente all’ VIII sec., il giardino degli aranci, la cui terrazza offre fra le più belle viste di Roma, la Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta con la sua originalissima serratura, da cui si può ammirare la cupola di S Pietro. Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you can walk to Santa Maria in Trastevere, Santa Cecilia, Tiber Island, Campo dei Fiori, the Bocca della Verità, and Circus Maximus in a few minutes. These are just a few of the places that are close to the house, the complete list is much longer. The neighborhood is full of typical trattorias such as the famous Trattoria di Enzo, historic bakeries such as the Innocenti biscuit factory and excellent bars/restaurants such as Ercoli, Etta and Dalù.
