The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Welcome to our home!!! We are a half-mile from great skiing at Beech Mountain Resort which also has snow tubing, snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing, and ice skating. And that's just winter activities!!! In the summer there are countless hiking trails, fishing, nearby tourist attractions and almost any activity you can think of! A fire pit has been finished and there is kindling and wood available at no cost. There is a separate freezer in the storage room that guests may use.

Ski-in-out Newly Remodeled 2BR @Sugar Mountain

Newly remodeled top floor 2BR/2BA unit ski in/out right across from the new Oma's Meadow lift. Private balcony with long range views. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and many accessories including a Keurig. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the bar. Both bedrooms have new memory foam queen beds and there are two futons that can be used as well. There are 3 TV's including a 65 inch smart in living room. Guest have access to all resort amenities.

Beautiful, brand new lower level one bedroom apartment in an intentional wooded community only 15 minutes to downtown Boone. Gorgeous custom woodwork and finishes in every room created by the host. Quiet, serene setting with end of the road privacy. During forecasted snow events Four wheel drive is required, please! Owner rents upstairs. Minutes to the Watauga River and Valle Crucis and the Mast Store. Beech mountain is twenty-five minutes away. Sugar mountain is twenty minutes.
