Peaceful neighborhood, the deck and living room were both great areas for three couples to relax and hang out. Especially enjoyed watching the deer grazing below us from the deck. Beds were very comfortable and the rest of the house was well furnished.

This was a great space for several families to come together. We used all the spaces - ping pong, deck, games at dinner table. We have spaces to come together but spaces to have privacy. Really enjoyed the location.

We had the most magical summer stay at “our nest”. The home was clean and well stocked. Yvonne was so kind and left milk, OJ, Eggs and tons of snacks. The coffee bar was well stocked as well. The backyard was perfect for our kiddo and dogs. We sat out at night watching the dazzling firefly show. The location was perfect, close to historic Boone but also close to all the hiking we did. We would highly recommend Yvonne’s home.

It was perfect for us. We wanted to be close to Wiseman’s View and this was a beautiful 30 minute drive there. Our kids loved it too. We would definitely stay again.

Another great Winter stay at Got Rocks! We’ve stayed here many times before and we’ve always enjoyed the proximity to the things we enjoy nearby such as skiing, wineries, groceries, restaurants, etc. there is lots of space to spread out, and everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals whenever we wanted. Great communication, clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided, even treats for our pups. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom products are provided. Great place to get away, but close enough to all the area has to offer.

What a lovely place! We enjoyed the comforts of this sweet home. The views from the decks and large windows were quite a treat. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great assortment of games. Convenient location. Would like to return the next time we visit Beech.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our getaway. Matt was fantastic at communicating, he responded quickly and provided great recommendations about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Matt!

The tree top cabin was a nice place to get away for a vacation to the area. It sits close to Boone as well as a few other small towns. It’s a perfect place to get away in a quiet area. We made sure to get our moneys worth from the pool and other amenities in the area. I would definitely recommend this cabin in the trees to others and could easily see myself booking it again.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was so cute, clean and exactly as described. Thoughtful and fun decor and toys for kids was a big plus. Tonyia was quick to respond and very helpful. There was a book of instructions/info in the house that was also useful. Overall this house was a perfect place to stay and we will absolutely stay again!

Such a good hideaway, close to local attractions! This property was cozy, clean and secluded but right down the road from restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. Would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay at Abril and Christophers place. Location was great for access to the mountain biking trails.

The hosts did above and beyond. They were very responsive and helpful throughout all my questions. Would recommend to anyone visiting boone. Beautiful location, private and very near blowing rock.

Kelly and Caleb’s vacation home was an absolute dream for our family! We had the best time and were able to enjoy some peace and quiet and we also enjoyed exploring surrounding areas. The home was cozy, clean, and peaceful.. I loved that it was family friendly!! Thank you both for allowing us to stay!

Gorgeous view of grandfather mountain! The space was cute and tidy and the backyard space was by far the highlight! Loved the fire pit area and the lounge chairs where you could just lay under trees and watch the mountain. The bathroom was small for 2 people and the shower grout looked a little dirty. Other than that the stay was great and the location is awesome! We loved mountain dog coffee which is only ~5 minutes away!

Quiet neighborhood, nice fenced yard for our little dog. Accommodations were quaint and comfortable. Close enough to Banner Elk, Boone and Roan Mountain to be convenient but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I will definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

Thank you, Connie. Although our trip was only one night it was an absolutely perfect getaway! This was the first time on a vacation the kids did not say “ I’m bored” at any time. The property was meticulous. The animals were adorable! They were so gentle and perfect for the 3 year olds as well as the older kids. They loved feeding them Kale!! Lots and lots of kale! The cabin was squeaky clean and well stocked. The beds were so comfy! We went from feeding animals, to the water slide , back to the animals, to the zip line, to pickleball, back to the animals and then the trampoline! We finished the day off with a bon fire, s’mores and a dip in the hot tub. It was magical! I am already trying to figure out a longer stay sometime a little later in the summer. My husband and I stayed a weekend at this beautiful cabin nestled in the mountains—right beside a babbling stream—and honestly, our stay was nothing short of magical. The cabin exceeded our expectations—photos don’t compare to its real-life charm. It’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature—highly recommended for a peaceful, rejuvenating escape.

Great location with easy access to tons of places. Just down the street from Grandfather Vineyard too! Lots of toys for kids though the yard is not great for dogs.

If I was someone on the fence about staying here, I would absolutely stay here! It was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of and very relaxing! It was the best way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back! The price was very reasonable for 2 nights in a beautiful relaxing cabin too! We were able to bring our puppy which made it even better! Firefly cabin is a must stay!

Absolutely beautiful home! The wood cabin vibes made our stay feel so cozy. The house was very clean. The beds and couch/recliners were very comfortable and having multiple (beautiful) bathrooms was very convenient. The kitchen counters are gorgeous!! If anyone knows what kind of stone that is, please tell me! There isn't much of a grassy yard for our two little pups but we are just grateful this place allows dogs and there is so much to do in the area anyway. For anyone else with fur babies, Banner Elk Cafe/Tavern has a dog friendly patio and their food is amazing. And next door to it is My Best Friend's Barkery where our pups picked out a few treats and got some new harnesses. Alexander had quick responses and check in/out was very easy. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Cabin was found as described. Enjoyed the hot showers and comfortable bed (king). Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend stay, and wished that the hot tub was under an attached awning to keep the towels dry. Other than that we appreciated the thoughtful touches in the cabin, quiet neighborhood, the deer out back in the mornings, as well as the robin that knocked on sliding glass door for attention.
