First of all: this place is one of the most beautiful and best we have ever booked in Greece so far. Unfortunately, we can only award 5 stars. Nikos is an extremely courteous, nice and communicative host who provided us with valuable information upon arrival. Also during our stay he was always responsive, helpful and gave us valuable tips. The location of the apartment met our needs exactly. It is quiet and a little off the beaten track. A beautiful beach at the foot of the cliff is a 5-minute walk away and a true paradise. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, very well equipped and has a fantastic roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the sea, Kalamata and the mountains, where you are guaranteed to watch sunrises and sunsets. Too bad our time there ended so quickly.

It is a beautiful apartment right on the beach. You can go swimming directly or with a sea view on the terrace for breakfast or dinner. Evanthia lives in the neighboring house, she is extremely nice and very helpful. Attention: The street to the parking lot is very narrow, we had a small car (Peugeot 208), so it worked, but with a significantly larger car you would have to park on the main road, but that's only a few minutes walk. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. You can quickly walk to cafes and beautiful and delicious tavernas right by the sea - and a grocery store. By car you can quickly get to Kalamata, and in 45 minutes to our favorite beach in Stoupa.

We had a wonderful time staying at Andreas’ place! The room (+aircon!) was brilliant in the hot days and the garden overlooking the sunset was gorgeous. Andreas was a very welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon!

We were very happy with our stay! And our dogs too ! An incredible space with private parking , quiet , each one stone house is beautiful , an outdoor area with a garden and cobblestones! My friend loved it! We wanted to stay longer than we expected, but unfortunately there was no availability ! The price was very good , although the pool that was mentioned in the amenities was not working but it wasn't a problem ! A summer movie was also featured in the same space! Overall our stay was very pleasant and we recommend it!!!

The rest of the village is on top of a 30 metre cliff. You park at the church and walk down 50 steps on to the beach. The house stands along on the beach. The bedroom/Living room window is 10 metes from the sea! The beach is quiet with only the odd person visiting. Beautiful swimming from the house and my favourite snorkelling. Round the corner 100m are two good restaurants a Taverna/ pizza and a more upmarket fish wine one.

A beautiful house, perfectly maintained and arranged, very clean and quiet, and with an extraordinary pool. Everything you need is there to have a good time, and Katia and George are extremely considerate and welcoming, and gave us lots of valuable advice about the area We loved our stay and just regret that it was so short!

Beautiful rental located in a splendid, quiet environment, surrounded by olive trees, birdsong, breakfast under olive trees and dinner facing the sea with sunset, absolutely memorable. The house is very well equipped, clean, everything is perfect for a successful stay. I'll be back for sure!!!

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.
