Waterfront holiday rentals in Avilés

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

Fabulous place to stay.. the house had everything we needed and it was just brilliant. Really clever design and just beautiful! Alejandro was super friendly and proactive and we had a great time. Thank you for thinking of everything! We hope to return some day.

The accommodation is in an incredible area, it has views of the beach that are wonderful to watch while you have breakfast. It is a very quiet area, at least in the season we went (June). It's very easy to find and Soledad was waiting for us there to show us the way and welcome us. The apartment is very nice, clean, tidy, and has everything. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Soledad leaves you things for breakfast and cooking (salt, oil, vinegar, etc.) There are three flights of stairs without an elevator, but it's worth it. You can walk to the beach and there are several beautiful walking routes in the surrounding area. In terms of quality/price, it's the best I've seen on Airbnb. I would like to come back again.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you could need, the area is unbeatable. The host responded quickly. We loved it.

We spent a night in Lys's apartment, which is incredibly well located, close to all the bars but in a quiet and noise-free place. The views are beautiful and the apartment is bright with all the amenities. A nice touch to leave coffee, tea, milk, to make breakfast the next morning. Check-in was flexible and Lys was very kind, accommodating a last-minute change, and quick to reply to messages. He also gave us some recommendations for the place, what to visit, and where to eat. Thank you very much! We were very comfortable.

Very warm welcome from Mercedes' brother, we enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful region. The accommodation is beautifully restored and nothing is missing. Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the conditions of the apartment are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

The check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. Also, it was very flexible with check-in and check out of the place. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.
