Apartment holiday rentals in Avilés

Vanesa and her friend are both very kind. Lots and lots of flexibility when it comes to check-in and check-out, which was very good for me since I was with a small girl. No problem parking in the area. The apartment is not very large but spacious, especially the dining room-kitchen area. And the rooms are very good. To get to the beach by the path, it is very good and fast walking. In the area there is a bar across the road that is also very friendly and a park for those with children. Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

the stay was great. The apartment matches the photographs, everything is very clean and the host is very attentive to us, he responded quickly to any questions we asked. The only thing we would have liked to know is that there was no elevator because we were a little loaded, otherwise everything was perfect, we will definitely repeat.

The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and was very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make better use of the surf sessions. It has been a very good experience with my friends, if I come back in the area I will repeat.

We had a great stay at Oliver and Anas place. Very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for walking into Gijon and the undercover garage was a huge advantage. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is everything as new, with many storage spaces, very comfortable bed, very clean everything and although the area is true that it is not beautiful compared to the surroundings it is very functional since you have many services on the same street as supermarket, pharmacy or bars. Maria was also attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the router key and immediately solved it.

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. Perfect stay in Salinas Consolación super Maja and very attentive to us having a good stay Salinas is a perfect place to rest, eat, and have fun surfing.

We spent 3 days at the house It has all the amenities for a good stay. Close to the beach and city center, it also has a shopping center 10 min walk. Maria was available at all times, recommended places, and was very kind. We'll be back for sure!! :) Thank you Maria !!

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
