Monthly Rentals in Avlaki

We loved the place the first time we stayed there, back in October, we were truly disappointed not to stay there again as there was country stripe on the day we weee suppose to fly in. Theodore’s was very understanding and we hope to be able to stay there again in the near furture.

Great stay at Komninos close to the beach. The house is typical and matches the photos in the description. We had a great time. I recommend it!

Dimitris is an incredibly helpful host. Although we only stayed one night we had lots of questions because I did not realize that there was more than one port and ours, Piraeus, was about an hour's drive away. He went out of his way to check ferry schedules and be available for our late check in. The apartment is just as represented, very clean, comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Getting. Taxi to the airport was quick & easy as was the drive.

The space was perfect for us as we arrived late with a plane. It only takes 20-25 minutes by car to get there. The place is surprisingly quiet and there are shops and beach close by. The courtyard is especially lovely. However, the sofa bed in the living room is shorter than we expected, a little short for our son at 170cm. But it worked and everyone slept well.
