Tholo’s house is a slice of heaven, located in the best (for me at least) location of the island, with a wonderful view of the sea and splendid olive trees all around, not far away from the village but secluded and private, perfect for a romantic stay like ours. Everything in the house has a thoughtful touch, the furniture is refined, the kitchen is nice, the bathroom is a jewel and the terrace is unique. The hosts are well known and loved by everybody in the near village, they answer to each and every question and need you may have in real time and with a kindness hard to find these days. I strongly recommend this place to whomever wants to feel like home while visiting the island! This is a very special place, I hope we’ll be back soon! Forever in my heart ❤️

This is a beautiful, stylish, very peaceful place away from busy lives. We felt at home straight away. Kythira in May is great. Sleeping with the doors open with the sound of the sea in the background was so therapeutic. A fantastic view of the beach 5 minutes away which in may most days we had all to ourselves. The restaurant over the road is great and Eve and her husband are very friendly too. Thanks George for letting us stay in your lovely home.

A magic destination and perfect for a family - as a base to explore Kythira from or to just spend the day at the most magnificent little sheltered bay. Joshua was an excellent host - he met us on arrival and explained everything about the house, the area and island and responded to all our questions and helped make our stay perfect. I hope we are able to return soon.

It is a lovely, peaceful traditional house that remains a part of the old village. It is set back from the sea and therefore a quiet place. Good lemon tree too.
