Holiday rentals with beach access in Avola

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

If there were 10 star ratings I would give this place a 10+star. First of all Salvatore’s communication was 11/10. His place is in the Historical district where all the action is and is very walkable to the marina. His place is pristine and this would be the only place I would stay if I were to go back again. He arranged for parking for me, always asked how things were going and he had items sometimes like you take for granted such as extra towels, had water for us. Once again, he gave clear cut instructions on how to get there and we absolutely loved his place. Thank you so much for your hospitality as we greatly appreciated it. Make sure you look no more and this is the place to stay at.

The apartment is just as described , we had a couple of problems Stefania and her husband took care of it very quickly to solve it , there is a place to park it is not a minor fact in Italy , the area is super quiet , for my taste a little far from the attractions

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Nice and cosy apartment with a great rooftop. Watch out for the very steep stairs!

A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

Renovated apartment in the heart of Ortigia... Very nice and tidy, with attention to detail. Convenient for getting around on and also for parking, a detail not to be underestimated... Sebastiano was really kind... he welcomed us with a smile and lots of useful tips for our vacation. Ortigia is a gem... We had a great time. Thank you for everything ❤️

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robin's place. From the first exchanges, his communication was fluid, responsive and caring, which gave us confidence. The accommodation, meanwhile, was impeccable, comfortable and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Every detail seemed designed to ensure our well-being. Amazing air BnB - awesome roof terrace!

Apartment in the heart of Ortigia but off the beaten path, excellent location and communication always at the top. Quiet and cozy apartment. The small bar of "Irma la dolce" below the house is an extra point.

Had a great cosy stay and perfect time to visit with minimal tourists on a gorgeous beach.

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

This place is perfect, I extended my stay in ortigia and was devastated to leave. The place is beautiful, in a quiet less touristy part of town but still close to everything. Caroline went above and beyond to help ensure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend folks to as well
