Beautiful and peaceful home. Great for families. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Fifth stay at William’s Casita in 5 years. 2 weeks each time. William and his wife are very cool and helpful. The place is beautiful and very calm just at the edge of the desert. Perfect place for Wildlife watching… from the pool. First neighbors are 200 yards away and the place is very safe. Never closed my car. The pool and Spa were for me alone the whole stay with beautiful desert views. The Casita is very typical of the Southwest, very comfortable with an Awesome kitchen and absolutely everything a Chef would need to cook. Many different places to eat outside (pool, patio, terrace…). Many places to go out for dinner. All styles nearby. Thanks again Bill and see you next year !

Enjoyed our stay! Quite neighbors,large pool area,location was perfect! shopping,eateries,massage was all within a 15 min drive,with a 5min walk to starbucks. I really liked the upstairs bedroom. Feels like the teenage girls had their own space. BEST PART....they so kindly let us check in early!!!! Some places won't! Would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

We were hopping from hotel to hotel on our Southwest road trip when we realized—we just couldn’t do one more hotel stay. Evelyn’s home was available immediately, and it truly saved our trip. The house is gorgeous! While it was more space than two people needed, we were grateful for the room to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tub were clean, well-maintained, and perfect after long days of travel. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all the essentials throughout the home were thoughtfully provided. Evelyn was quick to respond to any questions and incredibly kind and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The casita—with its separate, keyed entrance—was a true lifesaver in the Arizona heat while Evelyn arranged for someone to let us back in and replace the lock batteries. I highly recommend Evelyn and her beautiful home to anyone needing a place to stay in the Goodyear area. It was a highlight of our trip!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. The house is clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, quiet and the view is amazing. The neighborhood is clean and walkable. The grocery store and places to eat are five minutes away. The pool and hot tub were clean and so nice to relax in every night. Would definitely recommend!!

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Steve was an awesome host. Always offering to accommodate us in any way. The place was cozy and very clean. Would stay here again .

Our star at Orange-alope Manor was fantastic. The host was very responsive and super proactive. We loved the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. Everything was as described and the home was easy to find. This was my first time using airbnb in America and I would stay at this home again.

Loved the ranch and the horses at this stay. Was there for only one night and was definitely worth the price I paid. Very easy check in and responsive hosts.

We were pleased to find a place near Mayo because my husband is having chemotherapy there. We often use DoorDash when traveling, but Cathy’s place has amazing kitchen supplies and was located close to grocery stores. It was a pleasure to cook in that wonderful kitchen. One morning, when it wasn’t too hot, we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast in the backyard. We were especially grateful for the large dog-door because not that many dog-friendly rentals are so accommodating. Our elderly dogs were happy to go in and out easily, as they are used to doing at home.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

My most favorite host on Airbnb. Been using Airbnb for years. Most welcoming host thus far. Would 100% recommend. Pet friendly 😊. We chose Amanda because we needed to get out of the plumbers way. They were replacing pipes in our home. Coming here felt like going home 🏡 too. We were so comfortable and so were our fur babies. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness, peacefulness, and safe feel of where Christian's place was located. Not within walking distance to much, but a short uber drive of 12 - 15 minutes for most places. I was a bit nervous as this place was a little more spendy than what I had originally planned on, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised by all the details Christian & his co-host have thought of and leave for their guests. Things you may typically forget, as well as a warm welcome with two nice bottles of wine. One of which we bought again during our stay. Beautiful home! Christian and Jesse were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Coffee machines to choose from. One of which my spouse said he is purchasing tonight, because he loved the way it made the coffee and how it tasted. The bed in the master bedroom provided great sleep. This is a big part of our stay and something we really look at reviews on, but not dissapointed.

Very nice home. Had everything we needed. Great pool we swam in the evenings after touring places during the day.

Marianne’s place was so so cozy and great for me and my lady, we visited this beautiful home for a birthday trip for the girlfriend and it was amazing, the hospitality and responsiveness for Mel and Marianne was amazing, and they even went out of there way to provide a humidifier for the place, the pool and canopy were perfect and beautiful, just what we imagined and the hammock was to die for, but truly the amount of comfort that you will feel from this place is unmatched and it truly will become your casita away from home, despite the kitchen being a induction burner and a Nuwave microwave oven it is the perfect amount of space you need to make a delicious meal for two. P.S the Nuwave microwave oven cooks some perfect bacon! :)

We had a great time at Brad's place. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We would love to stay there again.

The house was in perfect condition and spotless . Great location near to shopping and restaurants . We utilized all the amenities and enjoyed sitting by the pool watching golfers and the sunset .

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate.
