Absolutely beautiful home! Fell in love with as soon as we pulled in! The pool was amazing! The house inside was beautiful! I can’t wait to return!

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was absolutely adorable and so comfortable. We needed a place to stay with our dog while we were waiting to close on our home here in Arizona. We also had friends with us helping us move. We all agreed on how beautiful the home was. It had everything we needed. We needed to stay an extra night, and Shellie was responsive and was able to make that happen. She was always prompt in communicating back to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! We were out in AZ on business so we were out a lot, and this place made it so easy to wind down. The pool was very relaxing, and the outdoor seating area made for some great late night conversations. Sharif was also very communicative which was nice for when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, we felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. The space was inviting and in pristine condition. Each room was spotless and had personal touches that elevated our experience. There were common areas for the family, but adequate room for each of our teens to have space to themselves. The host truly thought of everything!! We come to the Phoenix area often, but have never had a more pleasant experience! The host was responsive and very friendly. Due to the amazing accommodations and personal connections, we are already looking forward to our next stay!

My family and I loved this house, it’s beautiful, the neighbors weren’t loud or noisy. The home was clean when we arrived. They had plenty of things for us to use in their pantry. There is a Safeway very close to the house where we were able to get groceries. This place was perfect! I also love that they are pet friendly and 4/20 friendly, not all places allow this. We will definitely come back again in the summer.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is very beautiful and cozy, and it has everything you could possibly need. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything so much easier. I highly recommend staying here — it’s the perfect spot for a comfortable and worry-free visit!

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

Great house, the ac is powerful, humidity at the right level, beds are comfy we slept pretty good the pool is clean and refreshing for when it’s hot in AZ, there’s a lot of towels, coffee is amazing and there was some bread that was good with it, the host is nice and check in easy. I think it’s cheap for what you get, we had a good and relaxed week. there also a park a few blocks from the house that is pretty.

Phil and Peggy were exceptional host. This place was extremely clean, and well stocked. Usually there is water in the refrigerator, however, this refrigerator had chocolate, creamer, and water. On the kitchen counter there was a bottle of wine with a bar of dark chocolate, coffee and in one of the cupboards snacks. Simply said Phil and Peggy went above what is expected to provide a clean and welcoming stay for their guest.

We loved our stay at the Quaint Condo. Everything was as expected and very clean. There's a lovely pond within walking distance, and we highly recommend Park Cafe for breakfast. It's a great area!

House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! I would recommend her house to anyone and next trip to AZ I will be booking this house again 😊

James and Michelle were great hosts. As a frequent Airbnb traveler I look for communication and accommodations to go hand in hand. I had an impromptu last minute booking and not only were they responsive , but stayed in communication with just the perfect amount of support. My stay checked all the boxes. This house is beautiful! It was exactly what we needed. The pool was nice and cool on those warm days. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Eva’s place was great in every way. We’re locals, our house was being painted and took much longer than initially expected. Eva was very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. She communicated with us the whole time, and was very responsive if we had questions. The house had everything we needed, a true home away from home. Equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, really nice TV with all the best apps. If we ever need a place to stay locally again for any reason, I would definitely love to stay here again.

This Airbnb is super cute, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the small touches like a plugged in phone charger and the pretty fan. Trang was also great to do business with. She was friendly and responsive and allowed privacy. I recommend renting this place whenever you're in town.

The home was very clean and had everything you would possibly need. The A/C worked great and is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Was a really beautiful stay! My family of 9 enjoyed the space without feeling overcrowded or uncomfortable. My two little ones absolutely enjoyed the front yard, especially the swings! I look forward to booking this stay for my next trip!
