Plum cottage is a unique 120 year old washhouse conversion in a Bohemian Farm Chic decor on the outskirt of Kaitaia township. The cottage is on the edge of our working farm with views to our flower farm, vegetable gardens and plum orchard . The kitchen has microwave and small air fryer. A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
