Mooi appartement op goede locatie, bij de grote weg in Tamraght. Vrij uitzicht over zee. Het appartement met 1 grote slaapkamer bevindt zich op de 3e etage. Het ruime balkon met de hele dag zon, biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over de Atlantische oceaan en bananavillage Aourir. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar het Bananabeachstrand en 20 minuten naar strand Imouran (1 km). Agadir is op 12 kilometer, Taghazout 7. Bus, taxi's, winkeltjes op 100 meter afstand.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
