Idyllically situated in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples, and as a place to work. The accommodation is ideally suited for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate crib for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

Das Skigebiet „Axamer Lizum“ ist mit dem Skibus oder in 15 Autominuten erreichbar. Das Gebiet ist vor allem bei Bergliebhabern für kurze bis längere Wandertouren angesagt. Innsbruck ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, aber auch mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle „Axams Apotheke/M-Preis“ 12 Min. entfernt. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. Genieße dieses Plätzchen mit uns!
