Perfect stay in a very good place I spent a few very quiet days at this place and it exceeded my expectations. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, friendly and clear. Check-in was easy and everything was perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival. The space is as shown in the pictures, even better in person. Very cozy, with a good conditioning to and all the necessary amenities: well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and an impeccable bathroom..

The location and check in instructions were translated from Spanish to English. Some of the details were lost in translation. Hauzio was very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as described and the pool was refreshing.

The house is just like the pictures and description. It was a very pleasant stay, Omar was always attentive to messages and was responding promptly. The house is very nice, the climate is pleasant and the pool, although it is shared, it is also nice, it has chapoteadero and you can swim well. There are other guests in the fractionation who do not respect the time to listen to music at a high volume, but that does not depend on Omar. The fractionation has security, the basketball and football courts are fine, what you need to maintain is the children's play area; everything else is very good. Sure, we'll go back because we liked it a lot 😊

It's a great place to stay, everyone in the subdivision is very friendly, and Jessica was very attentive, she even sent us some complimentary snacks. Very comfortable place, totally recommended to relax for a few days.

This weekend was amazing in Cuautla, thanks to Rafa's house that we rented. The house is simply beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities they promised and more. We appreciated that all the rooms have their own bathroom. The photos don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person. The pool was the central point of our fun, it was always at a perfect temperature and the slide was the magical touch that made us laugh and have fun like never before. Rafa was an exceptional host, always attentive and kind. We definitely recommend this house for any getaway to Cuautla. We'll definitely be back soon!

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

The apartment is very nice and everything was excellent! My friends and I were very happy to stay, if we come back we hope to stay here again! Everything was clean, tidy, ventilated, with all the signs and the view was very nice, the pool was very nice, although umbrellas are needed but it's still nice.

The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home. Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, beds, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and will undoubtedly continue to do so.

Perfect for our short stay in Cuernavaca. Very close to center with restaurants and museums very close by.
