Everything was perfect, the house was nice, clean, tidy, with all the kitchen utensils, bed and dresser of good quality, service and good taste. We didn't need to leave, because my family, my pets and I had what we needed to enjoy, rest and live healthily. Betzabé is always kind, attentive and quick to respond. Although it rained, we enjoyed warm water in the pool and barbecue in the garden The house and Betzabé have what it takes to save this situation and so she solved how much additional need we had I'm happy to have chosen Betzabé as a host, I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them 💯 %. Thanks for everything Betzabé, we had a great weekend!!

Beautiful place to enjoy in large groups. Rosalia was always very attentive and kind to us for anything we needed. Felipe and Laura, the people who help guests, are a real gem. We were always treated with the best possible treatment and service and we never lacked anything.

Rudi was the administrator of the property and he did a great job! We had a very good time in the house. We used it for a corporate event of 2 days. Very comfortable and staff also very nice. The pictures match the beautiful house. Kitchen was big enough to have 5 or 6 from us cooking. A cook was also available by request, but we didn’t need it. All was easy and great for our event. Rudi indicated very precisely how to find the property and that was key! Check-in and out were very flexible and easy. We highly recommend this property. We might use again for another corporate or private event. It was a great choice!

The room had everything you needed to spend a great weekend for a family of 7. Everything was great, the size of the pool is ideal, just consider that there are many insects, be prepared in that regard.

If you're looking for tranquilly and serenity then I would thoroughly recommend staying here. Nora, her husband and staff are all lovely. It is in the mountains and very pretty. The place is clean and quiet. There is a restaurant available where I had dinner which was very tasty. I would stay there again. Just know that it is very remote from anywhere so you will need to take taxis (but not expensive, maybe $6 each way) to get to the town. Also if you are arriving into town ask Nora to arrange a taxi for you to collect you.

I could explain it in 2 words : hospitality and a sense of home! But I will extend xq it is worth it, it is the best accommodation I have booked so far and I do it frequently, I always read the comments and I come from a super frustrating situation in December with a bad place, but this I am It seems that it is very beautiful, respects the artisanal colonial decor at all times you can see that they correct the suggested details xq what I read that was missing in previous comments they changed it, they leave you some basic things that not all ( coffee, sugar, paper, etc.) still bring your things, we do not abuse your hospitality but in that very grateful topic, a warm home is generated in every corner of the house, the Illumination of the house is beautiful, the fruity gardens are a plus, there are insects, logical carry citronella, the pool super I paid boiler and it is worth xq although it is warm we are bleeding for cold water so we really enjoyed it!
