It has a private patio overlooking the River which captures the sun from morning until evening. The apartment is situated in central Ayr and only a short walk away from the bars, restaurants and shops. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
