The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. sited at the lower end of Ayr High Street. please note this is a 3rd floor flat with a windy spiral staircase so not suitable with anyone with mobility or balance issues! There is a public car park just a 2 min walk away while we do not mind dogs there is no garden or green space space but the beach is just a 5 minute walk away
