New apartment, where you can enjoy your stay either alone or with family, 1 bathroom, two bedrooms, one double and another double with new and comfortable beds. Independent interior house with two bedrooms, a 25-minute walk from downtown, has all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for up to four people. It has a parking space for one vehicle outside the house in front of the property (on the sidewalk). The area is always lit and very safe. The neighborhood also has supermarkets, pharmacies, a gas station, a restaurant, and public transportation a few blocks away.

Located on the banks of the Cochrane River, a few meters from Patagonia National Park. A wonderful place, surrounded by nature and tranquility. On the premises there are fruit trees, chickens, ducks, geese, a greenhouse and our little dog Sol. You can also use our pedal boat and kayaks for FREE. Enjoy your days by the river!!!
