Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ayvacık

we were very pleased, it was half an hour away from everywhere we wanted

We had a great 5 days at Özgür and Okan's place. We stayed with 4 friends in this stone house located in a peaceful, quiet village and really enjoyed it. Our hosts Özgür and Okan were very friendly, hospitable and helpful people. They helped us with everything during our vacation and hosted us very well. Thanks again for the village yogurt:) Although we stayed in a fairly warm season, it was relatively cool and comfortable at night thanks to the famous winds of the Aegean, so we were able to sleep comfortably at night, despite the temperatures reaching 35 degrees during the day. The interior of the house was quite clean and tidy. If you have a car (which I recommend), there are many beautiful places to visit and beaches around. We went to a different beach every day. In summary, I can say that it is an ideal place for those who want to have a peaceful and comfortable holiday in touch with nature. We definitely recommend this house to all.

Gizem, who greeted us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sent us off with the same energy :))) I would like to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous breakfast. From the moment I entered the hotel, everything was extremely professional and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was an ideal place to rest because it was a quiet and peaceful environment. Thanks to the central location of the hotel, we were able to walk to quality, popular and preferred businesses. Mr. Gökçen was very helpful and friendly. The price was definitely above my expectations in terms of performance. I will choose it again when I come back, I definitely recommend it ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Basar was super responsive and made checking in/out and everything in between very convenient. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming and the surrounding community was very peaceful. 10 minutes down the road is a larger town with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is attached to a family home so there are normal family noises but they were very considerate. A great place to stay for visiting Troy & other nearby sites. Highly recommend!

The host was very caring and kind. Even though we arrived very late, she was understanding and helpful. Check in was pretty easy. It was a peaceful house with trees in the garden. The house was as it appeared in the photos, we did not have any surprises.

The place is so perfect that it couldn't be better. Despite being centrally located at night, it is very quiet and sleeps, the mattress is perfectly stiff, for me it was a lifesaver. If you want to see and get to know the city, then this is the place for you. The hosts are hospitable, helped to book a restaurant, and if you do not know what to see - be sure to ask Fulia, she told us the places we could only dream of. Very nice and clean pension, would love to stay again.

We came to the island for the first time with our nuclear family of 4. Although we arrived early, Mr. Selçuk made it easy for us to enter, suggested places to visit, and we had pleasant evenings with his family. We didn't know that breakfast was included, we were very pleased when we saw it, everything was very delicious. The location of the accommodation was very central and everything was within a 2-minute walking distance. We had a lot of fun, we will definitely come again. Ms. Gökçen and her husband hosted us and our dog very nicely. It was our first dog vacation and we had no problems, it was even more comfortable for her than my own home. It was also very close to the center in terms of location, in a very calm place. Thanks again!

We had a pleasant stay in Bagar’s place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and they took care of the few things we asked for immediately , like Iron, extra blanket… Communication was good, the young man that was taking care of the place spoke English and was very helpful, he carried our luggage up the few steps to our rooms on the ground floor. We parked our car in front of the property.

Overall I had a great stay and the terrace was lovely!

The best place to stay on the island. First of all, a vineyard house where you can go as a family and stay safely. My wife and I are planning to visit the island again just to stay here. The breakfast is very hearty and sufficient. My favorite, so no waste at all. They add if you want. The garden is quiet and peaceful. Ms. Irmak and her brother supported us in every need. As of today, we checked out, it was difficult for us to leave, it is a very cute and comfortable place in the center of Ayvalik, and easy to reach everywhere, Ms. Fulya and her husband are very sweet, communication is very nice, a place I want to stay again
