The historical site, which was used as a village type olive oil factory, was restored for 3 years and became what it is today. it consists of a total of 3 buildings. (oilhouse,house,barn) are all adjacent. 12o square meters of trolleybus is surrounded by a 4-meter wall. (table,chair and grill for 8 people in the garden) Transportation is required 30 minutes from Troy, 10 kilometers from Asosa. The distance to the Nearest Sea is between 15-20 minutes by car in the other bays. You can eat great fish and meat around.

You can relax and have a pleasant holiday with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our wooden building is located in the garden of the old oil factory within a 3-acre garden, in the back of this ancient building, in a bay with a seaside settlement. It has a garden of approximately 150 square meters with its own orange and tangerine trees and covered with grass. It has a split air conditioner for heating and cooling. There are fences surrounding the garden. Our house has a bed capacity for 4 people.

Our stone building has been completely renovated with all new furniture and equipment. At the garden level, there are 2 rooms, one of which is a suite, with bathrooms and garden.
