Rukiye Hanım Konakları is a boutique hotel with 11 rooms, consisting of 2 stone buildings, located in Balabanlı Village, close to Assos, Çanakkale. In our hotel, modern needs are met without compromising the village spirit. Bozcaada is under your feet with a pastoral view from the wide garden decorated with colorful flowers. Sivrice beach with its clean sea is 4.5 km away. Breakfast is included in the price. Reservations are required for dinners. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside.

We open our max 4 rooms to our guests at the same time. All of our rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are 25 m2 wide. Each of our rooms has its own balcony and bathroom. The downstairs lounge, patio and lounge areas in our garden are open for common use. Our Aegean breakfast is included in the specified price. We are 3 km away from the pier of the Sarayhan Hotel, which we are contracted with in Sivrice Bay. We will provide detailed information about the surrounding restaurants and beaches.
