The cottage is located on the Indre bike path. Essential shops (bakery, grocery, bar-tobacconist) are 500 m away. The cottage, adjoining our house, has a separate entrance and a private courtyard. Accommodation fully restored in 2022.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
