Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Idéalement situé prés du Canal du Midi dans une agréable résidence arborée avec piscine, il vous permettra de découvrir les sites du Minervois ( cités médiévales de Minerve et Lagrasse, cité de Carcassonne, gouffre de Cabrespine ). Draps et serviettes peuvent être fournis en suppléments (10 euros par lit , 2 euros par serviettes ).
