The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. A dog is allowed on the ground floor.

Our vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.

The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours.
