Among other properties, we rent out this quietly located ground-floor apartment in the “Hafenkompass” building. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and an integrated kitchen, a balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with a small garden, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. A dog is allowed on the ground floor.

Our vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.

The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

In the very best location of the village, just steps from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is the apartment Strandvilla Baabe 10 - "Herzmuschel". The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Waldvilla: Vacation home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The cottage is maritime, with a lot of attention to detail, has been furnished and impresses with high-quality equipment. Three bedrooms can accommodate six. A baby bed can be placed in addition. Welcome to our beautiful small holiday apartment Sternschnuppe on the outskirts of the village, which invites you to linger and relax. From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. 100 m from the beach (in the house with sea view), the apartment is ideal for a beach vacation. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather-dependent 6/1 - 9/30). We hope you can spend many pleasant hours in it!
