Unsere Wohnung (Haus Hafenkompass) ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen guten Komfort. Die Fußböden und Bäder wurden in 2025 saniert, so dass nun alles sehr pflegeleicht ist. Die EG-Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten, der Kindern und ggf. einem wohlerzogenen Hund Auslauf bietet. in ca. 100 m Entfernung befindet sich ein neuer Spielplatz, auch zwei urige Fischgaststätten in der Nähe sind bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Außenjalousine ausgestattet.

Relax by the sea at the Sellin promenade

Newly renovated and directly on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Washing machine, dryer and iron available in the house. Fast Wi-Fi.

Hey, Welcome to the Dünenstern*-Cottage! Only 100 meters separate you from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Behind you is the dune forest, ideal for beautiful bike rides and walks. In the chic cottage with sauna and jacuzzi you are a guest and enjoy high comfort. The location is terrific – just a few steps and you can feel the wonderful white sandy beach under your feet. In winter, however, I also prefer shoes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
