Pleasant contemporary loft of 80 m2 in an old renovated barn. The detached house is located on a quiet street in Bazeilles. It consists of: - On the ground floor: garage, access to small patio (12 m2) - On the 1st floor: living area (living room, dining room) with open integrated kitchen, shower room, toilet - On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a sleeping area/office area. Roof windows (electric with shutters) provide natural lighting for living spaces.

In an old building with a common courtyard (patio style) in the very center, this apartment is located on the second floor, a small quiet condominium. Spacious (60 m²) and very bright. Our cottage offers a welcome for the whole family. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one with an adjoining children's area (single bed and cot), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, everything is accessible to people with reduced mobility. With a bedroom overlooking the bathroom, a suitable kitchen and a living room. The sofa is convertible, so it is possible to accommodate up to 7 adults.

My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!
