Our cottage is located directly on the water and offers you the possibility to dock your boat at a 16 m long private jetty. Due to the south orientation of the property, the garden is in the sun all day long. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately, I have been forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!

From your own private jetty you can jump directly into the water and then relax and sunbathe on the loggia. Guests can relax in the large garden.
