Bathroom: toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. 4th room with table football game. Due to Belgian legislation, you must bring your own linen (sheets & towels), pillows and duvet are provided. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

The luxurious Italian sofa bed ensures that you can sleep 4 people. The double bed has an extra long mattress so that even the taller people can sleep wonderfully. Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.
