The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

The villa was a spacious, incredible mansion, plenty of space, sofas to chill out and enjoy your holidays with your friends / family. A lovely villa with great furniture, amenities such as the table tennis table, lovely spacious pool. We all had a great time! Villa was all clean no issues there, spacious rooms, beds were all comfy, the extra mattresses given were also really nice and comfy. Amal was an incredible host, regularly communicating with us, any issues the response was quick, extremely nice and compassionate, definitely recommend staying here, as you will enjoy this lovely mansion but also get great service from the host.

I’m so happy I chose noir’s home to book for my staycation.the house was exactly what was displace in the picture, the furnishings and the neatness of the house was a 10/10, he had all necessary utensils and appliances in the house, he’s communicate skill was also very interactive, the house was perfect and exactly what I desired for a staycation and I’d most likely love to come back and share my experience of stay to others

Lovely place with the most beautiful views, loved the amenities and the host was so responsive and welcoming

The host was very cooperative and the place was safe and comfortable in addition to the proximity of the apartment to many restaurants and there is a supermarket directly under the building. The apartment was clean and I did not suffer from a power outage and the air conditioning was excellent and very cold and the bathroom was clean. As for the disturbance, I did not face any disturbance. Frankly, I did not hear the sound of the street at night, although most of Cairo's residences have car noise all the time. It may be because of the period of being on vacation in general. I did not face any problems in general. I will adopt this residence for the next times. I certainly liked the decorations and the arrangement and the hall is spacious. It can accommodate more than 6 people and the bedrooms are a master unit and a unit with two separate beds

What a wonderful host Hesham is! Really helped us through the whole check in process, the area and locality is also the perfect spot between old Cairo and new Cairo The apartment was in top condition and had everything you’d require for a family of 5! I felt right at home as soon as I entered!

Maged was a wonderful host, as was his father, Mohy. They made us feel so welcome, and helped when we had a bit of a hiccup with Talabat deliveries. Not only did they have delicious koshari ready for us shortly after arrival, but also helped with groceries, schwarma, and desserts thereafter. Truly going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
