Ernand's place is incredibly convenient, with a 7/11 downstairs and a mall just across the street. The security guards are courteous and helpful, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The apartment is well-equipped, making it easy to relax. Ernand is a responsive host, quick to assist with any needs. Highly recommend this place—thank you, Ernand!

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

The place is clean, has nice view in the balcony, has everything we need for our short stay, wifi speed was consistent, and it is near everything. Thank you, Grace. We will book again when we go back in Bacolod :)

Stayed for 3days, 2nights and it was a good experience. The room is great and we enjoyed playing the PS5. The host is very responsive to all of our concerns. I will give this room 10 out of 10 ☺️

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and had a homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay again!

Smooth check in, I think the aircon is kinda a small for the unit itself since its so slow to make the room cold especially when we arrived. Loacation is near a supermarket, resto and airport. So convenient especially if you have a car since there's a a parking space. Overall experience is superb. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying at Airesh 222 for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations! The space is cozy, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. The host is amazing—super responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. The host even gave a "little something" because it was my birthday. 🥹💖 The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Good location nice room stay in this location at least 10 times. This was probably one of my favorite units very well organized, and clean, not cluttered with unnecessary items.

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

Great place! Very spacious and easy to settle in. The host was very proactive and helpful throughout our check-in process even until we got our wifi connection back they still kept in touch. Bonus points for the their sensibility of providing disposable gloves; was able to use it when throwing garbages and cleaning. Highly recommend them! 💯

Nice place to stay if you're planning for a staycation, especially when you want to cook a meal for your family, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment except for the knife, but never an issue; we make use of the available bread knife. The host is also very accommodating and responsive. I requested her for a checkout by 12 noon since my baby likes to swim; she allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We'll be sure to come back. 🙂

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!
