Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bacolod City

The place is so ice and cozy, also the room smells good and clean. It is well recommended, it really feels like home. We'll choose to stay here again.

Host is accommodating, clean place and peaceful environment. Definitely, we enjoy our stay here with my family.

It’s amazing place safe and secured , Ayala mall and metro supermarket across the street a lot of restaurants nearby the unit was fully furnished with all toiletries will be back again ..

Felt at home and the items were complete even the guest kit, free snacks and water, board games, free teas, etc. Would definitely book this place again when I visit bacolod.

If you're looking for 5-Star, you've found the right place. You will NOT be disappointed. The Host, Jim, has an immaculate apartment in the fixture, fittings, furniture and amenities - the quality of everything in the apartment stands out. I've stayed here a number of time now and the responsiveness of Jim has been outstanding - Offering suggestions and helping out with questions above and beyond the rental of the apartment. My stays were often for multiple weeks and as such his team would do a weekly clean which always resulted in a complete reset with everything completely back to the day I first walked in. A truely exception gem on Airbnb!!

Ms Maevelle was such an amazing host. Aside from being accommodating and responsive to questions, she also makes sure that your stay would be as comfortable as possible. She also provides clear instructions when it comes to checking in and checking out. The entire unit was clean, very minimalist and aesthetic. WiFi connection is great especially when you have work to do and need to connect to the internet or just to watch Netflix or HBO in their TV. The furnitures were also clean. Your stay is definitely worth it and we’ll make sure that this wouldn’t be the last time to stay here in La Cuna Verde. ☺️

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

ate nancy us very friendly and accommodating..her place is quite and u can rest very well. kitchen is superb. u can do laundry also the house have frontload automatic washing machine..though we didnt use it for we dont have lots of time... thank u ate nancy...balik kami jan pag nag bakasyon kmi uli...

The place was exactly as described, as well as clean and literally a few meters from the guardhouse of the village. The host was also responsive and helpful with what needs we required during our stay. From the shuttle service within the village, to the restaurant/cafe outside the village, not to mention the accessibility of public transportation, will definitely recommend staying here on your Bacolod trips!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

Location is good. Just a walking distance to Ayala mall, food establishments, etc. Host/Caretaker is accommodating.

Very accommodating and friendly environment. Value for money. Clean environment and super friendly staff. The place feels like you're home. We will definitely book again to this place when we have a vacation again in Bacolod. 100 stars!

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The unit is so clean, comfy, cozy and complete with appliances/furnitures. It is a great place for quick/ long trip to Bacolod. Also, Jhen is a great host, she is responsive and assisted me immediately on my queries. I would definitely recommend this place and will rebook when I come back to Bacolod.
