The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m.
