Apartment for max. four people in an absolutely quiet location. The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. You live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only a garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

Lovely log cabin located 400 meters (approx. a 7-minute walk) from Bernsteinsee. Situated in a very quiet, wooded area featuring small holiday homes. The garden is screened by vegetation for privacy and is for your exclusive use. A fireplace, gas grill, and fire pit (with firewood provided) are included. A hot tub is available as an optional extra (€75 per stay; April–October). The sauna can be booked year-round for an additional fee (€25 per night). Carport for one vehicle (max. height 2 m).

The tree house charmingly offers comfort and adventure on 34 m² for a maximum of 4 people – perfect for families, couples and nature lovers. With 4 sleeping places, this cozy refuge invites you to dream and relax. The sleeping places are accessible via climbing routes and thus ensure a special sense of adventure - however, for the upper bed, a body height of 160 cm should not be significantly exceeded!!! Experience closeness to nature and comfort in our tree house.

House for a relaxing time

A vacation home that leaves little to be desired. In the evening, read a nice book by the tiled stove or on the terrace, if you like, go to the corner sauna and then to the hot tub. A barbecue is available and an outdoor shower. All rooms have Internet and TV. There is a spacious bathroom with bathtub for 2 and 2 sinks, as well as a guest toilet. In the kitchen you can cook perfectly and in the living room you can chill or play on the large couch.
