Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

The North Sea and the Baltic Sea can be reached in an hour by car.

This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).
