Cozy and modern furnished vacation home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Lake Werbellin. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Super nice lake house

A wonderful lakeside house with a well-equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places that call for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the fireplace, on the window seat in front of the panoramic window on the second floor or in the deck chair on the roof terrace: everywhere the lake glitters through the trees. The swimming area is at the doorstep, as is the forest. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Space for up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Our light-flooded house is located in a prime location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin by car. By public transport, you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling, swimming in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 10 euros/day per bicycle.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. The Cottage lies in the beautifull Lake district one hour noth of Berlin. It is part of an idyllic farm esemble in the mids of the woods. Lakes are 3 km away and easyly to be reached by car in a few minutes or by bike. Lots of old trees provide lovely shade in the summer and lots of little restaurants, and cafes are in the nearby villages . Came to stay.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!
