The 35 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Wi-Fi and a dishwasher are available on site. A baby cot is also provided. This holiday apartment also offers a private balcony. Public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

In unserer neu renovierten Ferienwohnung bewohnen Sie unser komplettes Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Terrassen, so dass Sie die Morgen-, Mittags- und Abendsonne genießen können. Die Glasüberdachung an der Süd/West-Terrasse erlaubt auch den Aufenthalt draußen, wenn die Tage mal nicht so schön sind. Sie können Ihr Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox (11 kW Typ 2) laden (derzeit 40 Cent / KWh).
