This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

El Papagayo - Lovely 2-room apartment in the Paulusviertel

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
