Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

This basement apartment in our two-family house offers space for families planning a weekend trip to Hanover or the surrounding area. It has two guest rooms, including a spacious room (27 square meters) with sleeping and living area, TV with Fire Stick and Alexa for music and radio.

In the middle of the Schaumburger Land, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking or just for resting. Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer as well as in winter, the Schaumburger Land invites you to extensive hikes on foot or by bike. Our bright and beautiful house with an award-winning garden and private swimming pool is located directly in Hanover. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a spacious living room with a large sofa area can be used as an extra bedroom. Enjoy the idyllic location and be in 15 minutes by tram at the main station. Supermarkets and bakers only a few minutes away. Parkingplaces at any time available.

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition centre and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
