Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Haus Heinke is suitable for the whole family with two bedrooms, an extended attic and a garden. The modern kitchen invites you to cook, the living room with cozy, light-filled sitting area and fireplace are the centerpiece of the house. Our south-facing terrace guarantees good relaxation in beautiful nature. The Crowwood and the Eidertal are only a few minutes away, Kiel (12 km) can be easily reached by bus, train or car. The Baltic Sea can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. The location is ideal for day trips: about 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to the city of Hamburg.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
