Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.
