The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in a separate house, so we are available at all times.
