Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Nice apartment, very functional with a great location in the historic center of Badalona. Cozy studio renovated in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, with equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a house built in 1923, very old and does not have an elevator; access is by slightly narrow stairs. Private entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable bed of 135, a small kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, as well as crockery for two people. It is important to know that the listing has check-in and check-out using electronic codes, so you do not have a concierge service or physical staff at the listing. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your arrival until the day of departure. There is no Reception/concierge. No physical staff. You will like to know that the accommodation is located in a very old neighborhood of the city with pedestrian streets and a lot of charm, the neighborhood is quiet; however, we warn that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and during the night. There is also a school next door open during the week between the months of September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (1.75€/person/night). This fee is charged separately via payment gateway or wire transfer.

It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on the second floor; you have to go up some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes pictures outside the apartment, which is aimed at the door that leads to the street.
