Just an 8 minute walk from Shegra Beach, this remote and cosy studio will help you to slow down and unwind. Close to many spectacular walks including the well known Sandwood Bay. A few miles from the village of Kinlochbervie and a great base for exploring the west coast and the NC500. Please be aware, due to us being in a remote and rural location, shops/restaurants and services are minimal and for the same reason the wifi is not the fastest, however it is fine for browsing and messaging.

We offer outstanding views across the Kyle of Sutherland and are situated in quiet countryside. We have a flat joined onto our home a working croft overlooking Polin beach. Inside is a large bedroom wth ensuite bathroom, then a large open plan kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a large TV with free view. Wifi is available but is slow. Outside has a private parking space with a table and bench for sitting at. No pets. We are three miles from kinlochbervie village but a five minute walk to Polin beach.
