From the rapid transit train station Atzgersdorf, take the S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and to the main train station - continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (couch can be used as a double bed), a room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, petrol station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station is a 2-minute walk away and offers a very good transport connection to Vienna and Baden. Mödling city centre is about 700 metres away.

The apartment is located in a building designed by the renowned architect Ernst Hiesmayr, directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, a designer and artist has been brought in to breathe a pleasant degree of design and liveliness into the apartments.

Lovely Apartment with garden near center

Very nice quiet and spacious apartment in the courtyard/garden of a Gründerzeit house. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The living room with a queen size bed is like all other rooms with windows in the quiet garden. The center with its beautiful pedestrian zone is a 5-minute walk away. The train station and the bus station at Josefsplatz are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
