The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to accommodate guests in accordance with the 2G rule. As of 01/22/2022

Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The ecologically built wood-clay house, our "root house" on the Wurzelhof, with a view of the "Black Forest National Park" in the heart of the national park offers guests coziness and tranquility. The house and the region allow us to look at our roots - at what is really important... The restful sleep in a pleasant environment makes you fit and ready to enjoy the surrounding nature or to plunge into the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities of Baden-Baden or Strasbourg.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Located at the foot of the vineyards of Tuniberg; close to Freiburg centre, 12 km, in a small village. Convenient for day trips to Colmar, the Black Forest and Europa Park as well.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Modern apartment on a dairy farm. The apartment is in a separate building on our secluded farm ensemble. Spacious terrace and free view to the valley invites you to relax. You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.

Our farm, which is over three hundred years old, is located in an idyllic side valley surrounded by meadows and forests in the climatic health resort of Hornberg. Ideal for recreation seekers, nature lovers, hikers and families. Our small organic farm offers eggs, freshly caught trout from our own farm as well as distillates and macerates from the farm distillery.
