Gerhard is friendly, responsive and approachable. His apartment is perfect for longer stays. A well equipped kitchen where one can cook small meals. A peaceful location and a very well thought layout of the house to accommodate 2 people, I stayed single though. Bus station, train station, supermarket, and many restaurants are nearby. I'd certainly recommend this place and would definitely look out to book this for my next visit in Sindelfingen.

We stayed 6 weeks at Sarah's place and we felt like home. The area was very quiet, the living room was large and bright and the AirBnB was close to the Netto supermarket or the bus station which could be reached within a 7 minutes walk. Waking / bicycle / jogging trails available from the edge of the village right near Netto, which we enjoyed almost daily. Since we work remotely, we needed a good Wifi / internet speed and it worked very well. Washing machine was available at request and parking space was provided for free (located right in the front of the house). A smart TV with Netflix and a dish washer were available too. Sarah and Karsten were very friendly and welcoming. In the same region, not very far away were Tübingen, Baden-Baden and other tourist attractions. Quality / price rate was very good and we recommend Karsten & and Sarah's AirBnB!
