Holiday rentals with beach access in Badesi

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage und war über einen kurzen Fußweg vom Parkplatz aus zu erreichen. Wir wünschten uns Ruhe und einen Meeresblick von der Terrasse aus und das war dort zu 100% gegeben. Kein Lärm am Morgen oder Partys Abends. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine nette Begrüßung in Form von einer gekühlten Flasche leckeren Weißweines, einige Snacks sowie Kaffee. Den Hausstrand erreicht man nach einem 5 minütigen Weg über einen schmalen Pfad. Der Strand ist optisch sehr schön aber sehr steinig. Restaurants und Bars gibt es in dem Städtchen Isola Rossa, welches man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Dort ist auch der nächste Supermarkt gleich am Ortseingang. Damien ist jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich gewesen.

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We recently had a 3 night stay at Manuela's lovely home. From the moment we arrived in Golfo Aranci we were blown away by how beautiful the town was. Manuela's home was absolutely spotless!!! Everything from the floors, linens and outdoor areas was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is large wardrobes to store your belongings. Off the bedroom is a sunny terrace with a laundry so we were able to do washing. The home is even better than the photos provided on the Air BNB site. The view from the apartment is stunning. We sat on the back terrace morning and night watching all the activity on the water. The home is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked to the beach and supermarket easily and Manuela provided a great folder full of information about the town and maps of where everything was. Whenever we needed to contact Manuela she responded quickly and was absolutely lovely. Our only dissapointment was we didn't stay longer!!!! We loved everything!!

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ; - La vue est incroyable de la terrasse, - L’environnement très calme, - L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire (y compris les jeux de plage pour les enfants), promoteur irréprochable. - Tout le centre de Castelsardo est accessible à pied, Castelsardo est un village à ne pas manquer ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Mooi ingericht en comfortabel huisje in de tuin van Sylvie. Alle privacy en heel rustig gelegen. Ideale plek om ongestoord tot rust te komen en terzelfdertijd ideaal gelegen om de omgeving van Bonifacio te verkennen. Nabij enkele prachtige stranden. Sylvie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We willen graag terugkeren!

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison adorable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Le jacuzzi, le barbecue, la plancha, l'intérieur bien décoré. Cécile est très accueillante, à l'écoute et nous met directement à l'aise. Je recommande à 100%. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Laure und Benjamin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und beeindruckt vor allem durch den atemberaubenden Ausblick von der (Dach-)terrasse. Einige Nachbarskatzen kamen regelmäßig zu Besuch 😉 Es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchweg positiv und überaus freundlich. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Orte (Pkw zwingend erforderlich!) und ist im Mai nur mäßig besucht. Leere Strände überall. Traumhaft. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt jederzeit weiterempfehlen 😊

Die Unterkunft ist die Einliegerwohnung einer 60er Jahre Villa. Portobello ist eine "gated community" mit Pförtner etc. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Erwachsene perfekt oder max. noch kleine Kinder. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist der ehemalige Eingangsbereich und jetzt Durchgangszimmer. Ergo keinerlei Privatsphäre in diesem Raum. Wir waren zu zweit und für uns war es super. Die Wohnküche mit der angeschlossenen großen Terrasse bietet eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen etwas holprigen Gartenweg ums Haus herum. Nix für Leute mit Krücken / Rollstuhl oder einem sperrigen Kinderwagen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen Mini-Market; keine Restaurationsbetriebe mehr. Zum Essen gehen bieten sich die umliegenden Agriturismi an; Vignola Mare oder St. Teresa. Auto ist dringend von Nöten. Es gibt mehrere private Strände auf dem Gelände. Essen, lesen, wandern, ruhe genießen: das ist hier perfekt.

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Davide est un hôte accueillant qui cherche à rendre le séjour dans sa maison le plus agréable possible. Sa maison de 2 chambres est idéale pour accéder aux plages de la côte nord de la Sardaigne. Davide fournit des recommandations d’activités et de restauration à proximité et est très réactif pour toute demande. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous contacterons sûrement Davide une nouvelle fois.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Mein Mann und ich haben die Wohnung von Antonio für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben von dort aus den Norden Sardiniens erkundet. Castelsardo ist ein schöner Ort und von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf die Burg und das Meer ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. So einen tollen vor Ort Service hatten wir noch nie und wir sind schon viel gereist.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria Franca hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ca. 7 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß und ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check Inn war super unkompliziert, Franca Maria ist sehr freundlich und was wirklich sehr schön war, dass sie einen Frühstückskorb mit Keksen, Nutella, Tee, Kaffee sowie Shampoo und Seife zur Verfügung gestellt hat - da fühlt man sich gleich herzlich willkommen. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, es gibt auch Spühlmittel und einen Schwamm, was nicht in jeder Unterkunft der Fall ist. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung auf dem Gelände. Es war ein schöner und freundlicher Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Caterina was super responsive before and during my stay. The check in process was smooth and the private parking in the building is a huge plus. The fresh cherry basket added a nice personal touch. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk from the beautiful and bustling promenade, grocery stores, many restaurants and bars. Her place is a wonderful base to explore Bosa, La Pelosa beach and such. She provides all the beach essentials including a mat which is mandatory in La Pelosa. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on and we had two wonderful meals at the nearby Alguer Mia. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate most meals in the huge patio. One thing that was a huge surprise was the cappuccino machine. We had bar style cappuccino every single day and loved it. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly stay at her place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot in Alghero. Luca was extremely communicative, provided clear instructions and was a great host. The accommodations are charming and very clean. Perfect stay in Alghero.
