A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. I looooove Ricardo Bofill, finally visiting "La Muralla Roja" was a dream come true, seeing his work up close in Calpe only deepened my appreciation for his genius. The building is truly one of a kind, walking through it feels like exploring a living sculpture, with bold colors, sharp geometry, and unexpected perspectives at every turn. It’s a visual and spatial experience that plays beautifully with light and shadow. What really took me by surprise, though, was the stunning natural setting. Calpe offers the perfect balance of sea and mountains, and the views from around the complex are breathtaking. A tip for future visitors: definitely rent a car. The terrain is hilly, and unless you're ready for a lot of climbing, having your own wheels will make exploring much easier. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip that I'd recommend to any design lover or nature enthusiast.

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located apartment. It felt very safe and quiet - although we visited off season, I imagine the urbanisation can be busy in the summer months. The beaches, shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. We would love to stay again in the future

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! The apartment is close to both the old town and the harbour area of Javea. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is very quiet (in november) and it’s a few minutes walk to the sea. L’Arenal is a 20 minute walk. Harbor 10min. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all very nearby. Maria is a great host with whom communication is very easy. The only (little) thing less, is the that the balcony is situated on the east side of the building. So there is less sun in november. But this good very convenient in summer. We like to come back next year!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

Such a lovely apartment and soo close to the beach and restaurants and shops ! Very peaceful no road noise. Had everything you needed including a proper sized ironing board, dishwasher and washing tablets. Such a lovely welcome basket, wine, milk, water and crisps !!! All very clean with a balcony overlooking the pool - perfect !!!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable confortable. Excelente comunicación con Murielle desde el primer momento, facilitando la entrada y la salida de forma flexible. El apartamento está perfecto para dos personas, muy confortable y limpio. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y los detalles. Está muy cerca de la playa del arenal, en una zona muy tranquila. Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas con creces.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

¡Patrick ha sido el mejor anfitrión que he tenido nunca! Pese a que por el tráfico llegamos bastante tarde, fue comprensivo y tuvo disponibilidad amplia para darnos las llaves. Él mismo nos mostró todo el alojamiento y nos explicó cómo funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el garaje... El alojamiento tiene mucho potencial para una estancia larga: dos terrazas, barbacoa, lavadora, ... La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de una farmacia, un Mercadona y muy cerca del paseo marítimo a pie y bien conectado por carretera. ¡Experiencia inmejorable!

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

It was are second stay at Laura’s lovely apartment a short walk away from The Arenal. The apartment is in great quiet location but very close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend staying here.
