Cozy Retreat in the Heart of the Royal Road

We were very well received by the family, the house is inside a property and has a small stretch of land to arrive, but it is well paved and can pass with any vehicle. it is well located at the entrance of the city. In relation to the house, the furnishings and utensils are sufficient for stay and not feelings lack anything. The town of baependi is a good base for tours in the region such as Caxambu (20m), the main waterfalls nearby (30m) and even from cities farther out for the turn, we went for a day tour in São Tomé and Crussel (2h trip and 1h trip respectively).

The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the center of the city, with everything close, we went on foot everywhere . Good and safe garage for car storage. The building is new, attentive doorman, easy access. Apartment was very clean, with furniture and very new and modern accommodations, with everything working. Well illuminated, well airy, with utensils of excellent quality. Very nice kitchen. The host always contact at zap, even before we request anything, always with quick and efficient return when we had any questions. The view of the apartment, the two balconies and windows is wonderful. Wonderful experience and we intend to come back !

Spending New Year's Eve in Baependi at this cottage was a wonderful experience! For those who want to escape the city and enjoy a time of calm, silence and without people It's PERFECT! It's worth preparing well for travel because access is not so simple, especially if it's rainy days like the end of the year. We don't rent a 4x4 for example. But thanks to Viviane, we parked the car in a nearby neighborhood and for a service value, they took us to the location. Otherwise, we would have stayed halfway rs Viviane and her husband have saved us countless times, they were very amazing with us. They helped us all the time to make sure we had the best experience. They called their contacts to get more barbecue meat, we bought cheeses that she produces herself, lent galoshes for long walks in the mountains, gave precious tips on the trails, and even a walk to more distant waterfalls they organized for us. I leave here our thank you very much!! <3

Once again we stayed with Gustavo in Caxambu, as in the other times everything was always in order and well taken care of in the apartment, well located and cozy, Gustavo was always attentive and helpful, I recommend it and I am sure you will be satisfied.
